As Principal of Fraser Primary School I wish to extend a warm welcome to all our preschool families. We are proud of the wonderful school we have developed and the great learning experiences and opportunities we offer our students. Our school is committed to providing a quality education for all students that develops the whole child. Our school values underpin all that we do in a supportive and caring environment. Fraser Primary School focuses on quality teaching and learning, with a strong emphasis on literacy and numeracy, and units of inquiry featuring significant and relevant content for life in the 21st century. Fraser prides itself on embedding technology into every classroom.
Fraser Primary School was built as a result of a need for a school in the Fraser community and opened in 1976. It has continued to grow into a dynamic and vibrant community with a focus on strong communication and partnerships with all community members.
Fraser Preschool students benefit from the P-6 school environment with the majority of students transitioning to Kindergarten at Fraser Primary School. We have an effective transition program which allows all preschool students several opportunities to visit and interact with the primary school site and students before the commencement of the Kindergarten school year.
